Come join us on Saturday, October 1st as we run, walk, or crawl our way to the finish line in celebration of our beloved, Jane Arruda. This family-friendly 5K features an out and back course that starts and finishes at the Plainfield Central Middle School. The proceeds raised from this event will be donated to the Jane Arruda Scholarship Fund and will be awarded to a graduating senior at Plainfield High School who is pursuing a degree in the field of education or animal sciences. Jane touched the lives of so many and certainly left a lasting impression in her hometown of Plainfield, and beyond. Dress in pink to support breast cancer education and awareness.

NOTE: Entry is via online registration ONLY. There will be no race day registration.

T-shirts:
A race shirt will be guaranteed to all participants registering by September 15th. Thereafter, shirts will be subject to availability.
Post-Race:
Post-race celebration & awards will take place in the Plainfield Central Middle School cafeteria.
Awards:
All 5K participants will receive a “Jogging for Jane” silicone bracelet as they cross the finish line. A medal will be presented following the race to the:
- First overall female and male
- First female and male in each age group: 0-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
